How do I best care for and wash my arloom pieces?
Be kind to your textiles! A spot clean between washes is great and when you do wash, be sure to hand wash and hang to dry.
Pro tip- fluff your tops in the dryer for a few minutes after hanging to loosen up a bit.

My top has frayed seams + imperfect parts....
This is totally normal and to be expected! All of our textiles are sourced from Guatemala and found in varying conditions. We rework them to fit a modern lifestyle and give them a second life. This means there will be some imperfections - which just makes us love them more!
How does your sizing work?
Since all of our pieces are one-of-a-kind in design, shape, and size, we use a "fits like" system based on the sizes our models typically wear. You'll see each top is sized in more of a range than a typical clothing store.

All Things Shipping + Returns
What are your average delivery times?
We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Products are typically shipped within two business days of an order from our warehouse. Should you find yourself in a bind and need to rush a shipment, please contact sales@arloom.com for assistance.
How much will shipping cost?
USPS rates are calculated according to weight.
Need to make a return?
We accept returns on merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Customers will be credited the original form of payment and can expect return completion within 2-3 weeks of receipt. Please email sales@arloom.com for return information and processing.
